Return and refund policy:

At Simplex Glow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@simplexglow.com with your order number.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any promotional or free gifts must also be returned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@simplexglow.com.
